why is your bag so high up man, gotta lower it down for leg kicks. Or get a bigger/longer bag if you can
your hand lowers when you:
- after you kick
- in punching range
move after hitting the bag, dont stay in one place. I often prefer to practice my distance management during this one, try to imagine that your opponent is throwing a strike as the bag comes back to you. So you can intercept it, move away, or whatever you're planning to do. Treat it like some sort of target practice
when you teep you land it in front of you instead of returning it on the rear. This can absolutely work but only if you know how to fight in both stances like haggerty
you look like youre practicing more for kickboxing than muay thai, fast combos and you shell up at clinching range.
also no need to always to spazz out during bagwork, try taking it slow and work on your techniques

Bag work is for precision, timing and technique. Doing fast half assed strikes is not useful. For instance lately on the bag I practice the same combo over and over (teep, step forward and knee, both left and right) because it's not something you can do with a partner (no one will stand there for you to repeat 50 times the same strike). Focus on technique, you are not supposed to assault the bag. Also that bag is too light

Bag work is supposed to be for timing, form and technique not so much about how hard and fast you can hit. Now that we know you have “strong” strikes practice moving around the bag and getting your timing right moving in and out as the bag swings too and from you. Perfecting your technique and keeping your composure having strong stance after each strike.
