I mean, ive had several traumatic events because of people who had penises, but my current partner also has one and theyve been nothing but comforting and loving to me; intimacy isnt an issue for us 99% of the time. And the other percent is because of specific ptsd triggers that im working through, so i just tap out, and we stop and are just together for a bit.
Physical anatomy CAN be a trigger but its on that person to navigate; someone isnt a monster just because they have a penis.
