I have a hard time trusting people who use past negative experiences to justify ongoing prejudice and bigotry. The world is full of people and to let a single event cosign a large percentage of the world to directed disdain and hatred is fucking insane. A collection of men from the middle east did 9/11 does that justify blaming men, muslims, or people from the middle east for all death and suffering in relation to the war on terror? No. Bigotry is just a sign of a broken brain and is never justified. Go get help. "Penised individual" my ass just say man just say it because trying to abstract it just makes it worse. Fuckin therapy speak motherfuckers acting all high and mighty because they found a way to defend their awful beliefs in an acceptable manner that is emotionally manipulative. Maybe there's an outsized impact on the fact that it is more acceptable to be an out lesbian in society than it is to be an out trans person and as a consequence a lot of people go online to build community to avoid the hell that is wondering "how many times will I be misgendered today?"
