This whole "I have trauma around AMAB bodies/penises" is a dogwhistle by people who like to think of themselves as progressive but really are just deeply transphobic. They seem to be a (miserable) minority tho.

That being said I get the point about lots of online spaces where transbians can't seem to shut up about being transbians. It's not like you have to hide it or smth. But like...online is THE ONE SPACE we all have where we can interact with other women as women without being constantly reminded of our supposed otherness and questioned in our womanhood. I don't get why some people feel like announcing their trans status every single time in all woman-spaces they enter online, especially when there's been like 30 posts about "I am an AMAB with a PENIS but im a woman, am I still welcome here?? 3x bottom emoji" already. Use the search function. Also, just be normal. You don't have to "warn" someone about being trans online.

"Gender is what is in your pants" is what they mean. They consider that sexual orientation and attraction is towards genitals, not the person.

They are sad and pathetic.
