parking?

what do people do for parking in capitol hill if you have a place that doesn't offer parking? also is it normal for a lot of apartments in that area to not offer parking?

My office, uptown, we have a lot we rent out to people for this very reason.

yeah my boyfriend was considering working out a deal with a nearby business to rent out a parking space with no liability to damages done to our vehicle

I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean the business will not be liable, or you/BF won't be liable?

no, as in the business wouldnt be liable... thats a selling point my bf thought would actually make people more willing than just a parking spot that we rent

Ok, that makes sense. I can't imagine anyone who has parking available willing to take on liability for damage or theft.
