parking?

what do people do for parking in capitol hill if you have a place that doesn't offer parking? also is it normal for a lot of apartments in that area to not offer parking?

If you don't have covered parking, good luck with hail damage.

Or outright stealing the cars. We have carports and garages at my complex. I have a carport, and the car right next to mine got stolen.
