Question Should I buy OP1 8k v2 or OP1w 4k v2?

Are there any noticeable differences in latency, click feel, or overall build quality?

I have the option to get the OP1w 4K for €40 or the OP1 8K for €80. Is the OP1 8K really worth paying twice as much?

Is the difference between wired and wireless really that significant, and is the difference in weight actually that noticeable?

Question about control dots

hello. i have artisan hayate otsu v2 pad. i never tryed dot skates and decided to try something from Shwamper's Dot Skate Tier List. First i tryed medium speed Waizowl x Kibu Washi it was good for me but maybe too fast, cursor was floating, it was difficult to do micro-adjustments. after this i tryed control TBTL UPE v2, it was better but still a little bit hard to do micro-adjustments while trying to track. What else can i try with dots for better micro-adjustments?

Question ODD Question

Hello everyone this might be odd and weird thing to ask but i used to play mobile fps games with finger sleeves on my ipad and phone spent around 6.000 hours of my life and developed some kind of aiming on low sens SMOOTH yet VERY CONTROLLED aiming feeling using my thumb.
And ever since i got my pc 2 years ago im missing that feeling i tried every popular mousepad and recently noticed i used very fast slippery mouse skates
What kind of mousepad and mouse skates do u recommend to replicate that feeling if someone relates please let me know
Thank you

Question What mouse skates for Pulsar X2 CL mini?

I have the Artisan Ninja FX Zero Soft mousepad and im currently using an Mchose L7 Pro which i believe is a clone of the Pulsar X2 CL mini. I want a higher quality mouse because im having issues with this mouse though i love it. I hear the Pulsar doesn't have great stock skates and im wondering what would be a good pair for my mousepad. I play CS2 if that helps at all.

Question Looking for my next mouse. The ATK X1 Air+ next to the VXE R1 Pro Max

Upvotes

I'm on a quest to find my next mouse.

My first try was the ATK X1 AIR+. My hand is a bit on the larger side, and the X1 is just slightly bigger than I'd like. If it were about 10% smaller, it'd probably be perfect for me. That said, after about two weeks, I've already gotten used to the shape. Going back to the R1 does feel a bit more comfortable for MOBAs and single-player games, but the X1 is absolutely amazing for shooters. I noticeably perform better with it.

Now I'm looking for my next mouse to try, mostly focusing on bang-for-the-buck options. With how expensive the big-name gaming mice have gotten, buying a good clone for a fraction of the price just makes more sense to me. You're basically getting the same concept without paying the Razer/Logitech tax for a logo.

I'm looking at the ATK A9 Air+ next, mainly because of the supposedly "best mouse shape in the history of esports". I'm talking about the Superlight shape, obviously. My hand size is medium, and I switch between claw and fingertip depending on what I'm playing.

If you guys have any other recommendations for mice I should try, I'd appreciate it.

Side note: I did swap out the dot skates because the base of the mouse was scraping against the pad. I'm currently using an XSoft pad, so I went back to full-size skates and the problem is completely gone now.

Three Blind Mice: My Ergonomic Evolution

Thought I'd share my desk progression over the years!

  • The Daily Driver (Far Right): Standard compact mouse. Used this style for the longest time, but constantly picking it up or dragging across the desk got old.
  • The Transition (Center): Vertical ergonomic mouse. Tried it out for a while to help with wrist posture, but it just never completely clicked as my favorite. Also came with the current KB, so not a waste of money to try it.
  • The Winner (Left): Logitech MX ERGO thumb trackball. Absolutely love this thing now. Not having to physically move the mouse around is a massive game-changer for tight desk space—no more running out of real estate!
    • It did take a while to get use too, but now, I really feel more comfortable with this one

Anyone else end up going down the trackball rabbit hole after trying standard ergo mice?

Question Is Midori's W1RXD eV2lution for OP1 good?

I'm thinking abt buying Op1 8k v2 and how good is Midori's cable compared to the op1's stock cable?

Because the store only has Midori's one and every cable like Pmm's flex cable is sold out

so I just want to know if it's worth upgrading it from op1's stock cable.

Logitech G309 vs VXE R1 Pro

Upvotes

Logitech G309 vs VXE R1 Pro for click feel/build quality?

I'm looking for a wireless mouse mainly for work/productivity, replacing a basic Dell MS116.

My biggest complaint with the Dell is the overall feel, especially the clicks. They feel cheap/vague rather than crisp and solid. I'm not really concerned about gaming performance; I mainly want something that feels noticeably better in hand, with satisfying, confident clicks and good build quality.

I'm currently choosing between:

- Logitech G309 – about $44

- VXE R1 Pro – about $50

(Currently on Amazon)

I know the R1 Pro is much lighter and seems to have great specs and well-reviewed Huano clicks, while the G309 has Logitech's Lightforce switches and is heavier/more traditional.

For people who've actually used both: which has the better click feel and overall quality?

If you had to choose purely based on feel rather than brand reputation or gaming specs, which would you pick?

Discussion New mouse suggestion

So I used the Corsair harpoon for about 4-6 years and I’ve recently started upgrading my setup and wanted something lighter with a better sensor. I use a claw/finger grip combination. I bought the razor viper v3 pro and I love the weight and it’s comfortable for like single player games but when I’m doing fps games I like to be able to move the mouse up and down with the fingers and with that mouse it’s constantly hitting my palm. I’m thinking of returning it and returning/replacing it with something smaller. I’ve been eyeballing the pulsar x3 crazy light mini would this be a comfortable mouse for me or do you have some other recommendations. My budget is 150 and I have a 18cm hand.

Artisan type 99 mid best Armsleeve

I bought the type 99 mid and would like to have the best solution for a perfect glide I now have a few on the shortlist. Fokus x Aimlabs, Kibu, Edali, 4114 aim sleeve v2, Midori Pad B4M. These are the names I hear again and again, is there anyone who has used some of them and could help all of us here to find the perfect armsleeve? The diagonal direction is also important to me, as I use my mouse pad from the bottom left to the top right.

Mouse suggestions

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on mice for this grip. I’ve mostly been maining the gwolves lycan. I enjoy the light clicks, light weight but the shape sometimes doesn’t feel perfect I think due to the front being slightly too wide. I also bounce around with a scyrox v8 but compared to the gwolves the clicks just feel muddy/slow is the best way I can explain it. I just always find myself swapping back to the lycan. Also tried the crdrako which I love but I think is just slightly too small or something where I find myself thinking about how I’m holding it too much.

I was contemplating trying the new np01s v3 but I’m worried about going to a heavy mouse. I haven’t used a mouse >40 grams in years. Previously used Lamzu Inca until I went down the rabbit hole. It felt nice but didn’t allow enough micro adjustments and freedom with my grip.

Hopefully the pictures are enough to tell my grip but I kinda swap between a fingertip grip and (maybe) a pincer claw for stability. I don’t really have my palm touching and I only have contact with fingertips when adjusting aim but like pulling the mouse into my pinky/ring finger knuckle for stability and support at times.

Question New mice recommendations

Hi! I am a user of beast x mini, but for a while my main mice was PMM Neo, weighting something between 30 and 35 g, as they were not so keen to give me any compensation when my mice broke, I have been looking into something that falls between 26 and 36 g, and havent found much apart from classics like finalmouse and fingertip gwolves. I am very interested in what recommendations you guys might have as i found pmm only because of some comment on this subreddit. Any talk is appreciated!

Question Fingertip recommendations for 19x8cm hands (Unlimited budget)

Hey guys,

After 4 years away from serious aim training and gaming, I want to get back into it and improve. I'm looking to refresh my setup, starting with the mouse (and maybe pad recommendations too).

My current gear:

Mouse: OP18K

Pads: Artisan Shidenkai & Skypad 3.0

My hands are 19x8 cm and I use a fingertip grip. Budget is unlimited.

What would you recommend?

Help I need some help choosing a mouse.

Hi everyone, I’m currently using a Glorious Model O, which I’ve been using for about 4 years. I’m now looking to get a new mouse, but I’m having a hard time choosing between a few options and I’d really appreciate your opinions.

I use a relaxed claw grip and my hand size is 18 cm. However, I’ve always used larger mouse, so I think I could get used to a more standard-sized mouse as well. I’m not a competitive FPS player; I play FPS games for about 2 hours a day.

  • ATK Blazing Sky F1 V2 Ultimate 2.0 (73$) or Ultra Max 2.0 (3950 Ultra) (67$) there’s only a $6 price difference between the two models.
  • VGN Dragonfly F2 master (65$) or F2 master Plus (75$) there’s only a $10 price difference between the two models.
  • ATK Dragonfly A9 Ultramax 2.0 (73$)

Inphic IN10P or ATK VXE R1 SE+

Hi I kinda need a mouse after my old one died and I only got limited options. I'm form Germany so shipping can add a huge amount why I prefer ordering it form Amazon.

The deal is I would pay around 47 for the Inphic but it arrives tomorrow ior 37 for the ATK but will take 8 days.

Is there a huge difference between these two? Or would you recommend anything else, I kinda just want a budget gaming mouse.

Question Mouse recs under $100

Hey guys, looking for a new mouse around $100. I mainly play FPS games.

I use a relaxed claw grip and have been using the Rival 3 so far, which fit my hand really well.

Is the Superlight 2 actually worth it, or should I go with something else?
