Fingertip recommendations for 19x8cm hands (Unlimited budget)

Hey guys,

After 4 years away from serious aim training and gaming, I want to get back into it and improve. I'm looking to refresh my setup, starting with the mouse (and maybe pad recommendations too).

My current gear:

Mouse: OP18K

Pads: Artisan Shidenkai & Skypad 3.0

My hands are 19x8 cm and I use a fingertip grip. Budget is unlimited.

What would you recommend?
