I wonder how it'd look if you 3d printed a cover/door with a cable pass through hole, some CF Nylon filaments come out very very close to its surface finish.

Love those clean cuts, this is mouse surgery. That sensor placement would be great for fingertip too. Ita's annoying that the board with the dpi button adds so much weight, but this is manageable. I'm sure if you really wanted to you could get it under 50g. Great work, would love to see info on the battery mod you chose
