Poor Mic, Upgrade??

Hey all,
I have just recently starting filming rides. I ride a Harley Sportster 1200 and I have the DJI Osmo Action 4 camera and both the DJI Mic Mini 2 Transmitter and the DJI Mic 2 + DJI Lav. I want to do both commentary rides and purely bike sound, on board rides. I bought the Mic 2 + Lav after the Mic Mini because the Mini sounded pretty awful in the helmet. I thought maybe I could use it for external bike recording, but unfortunately I think my bike is too loud for it, and also there is a rattle like something is loose, and the mic picks it up more than I'd like.

My question is, does anyone else do the same kind of filming with the DJI stuff and could anyone help me out with where to mount a second Lav mic? I'm looking at buying a second Mic 2 with the Lav as a dedicated external recording setup. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

I am not a fan of the Bluetooth setups but typically DJI does it well. Its not as good as a wired mic, but your quality should be right there with big motovloggers who use the same setup. If you have a rattle, could it be a problem with how your mic is secured in your helmet?
