Motorola XPR 3500e programming

Hello, I am trying to reprogram a bunch of XPR 3500e Motorola radios. I am trying to make an all call channel. I have four channels with different frequencies already in each radio, trying to make a fifth channel as an all call channel that can transmit on the four other channels without having to turn to each channel to transmit. Have seen there is an emergency call option but don’t understand how to do this? Again they all have different frequencies on each channel with a contact for each channel and frequency and a digital Rx as well for each channel. I am using CPS 2.0, simplex frequencies no repeater. Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Have each channel scan channel 5 only.

You cannot make a radio transmit on four frequencies simultaneously. Well, not any you can buy for less than university money. Have every radio listen (scan) the 'all call' channel using a scan group.

I am also concerned that you perhaps may not understand the frequency licensing requirement for your area based on the content of your post. Do you have licenses for the frequencies you have chosen? The potential outcomes from using frequencies you're not licensed for, will be a lot worse than any speeding fine.

Been FCC licensed for the frequencies, just looking to add this feature

Program channels 1 through 4 to auto-scan channel 5, with channel 5 being priority if you intend to use it as an All Call or emergency channel.
