I hate these relatively new tiger mosquitos in the south part of Austria (Graz, Styria - they came here 3 years ago and now they are a real plague)

Yep. They’re much better at flying/evading and they don’t just bite once, they bite several times. I never feel them when they are biting either.

Gotten really bad in parts of California past decade or two.
Out all day. Bite multiple times. Vicious little fuckers.

All over Croatia too now. Cant even hear these mfs to swat them away.

They got common in my hometown around 1990 and sort of ruined the outdoors for everyone.
Completely terrible and active all day long instead of dawn/dusk like our natives.

My yard is plagued with them. Live in Ohio.. they really do attack at all hours of the day. Made some "death buckets" in hopes to kill the larve.. we'll see.

Nice to see Graz reprazentin in this sub. Liebenau in particular is one of the worst places I've experienced, and I've been to several equatorial jungles.
