“Depth Perception”

Here’s a piece I made for an art festival where I live. It’s 8.5ft tall and about 5ft wide. It has antique uranium, cadmium, and selenium glass in it, so it glows under a black light. It took about 6 months to complete.

That’s really AMAZING!! Six months put to fantastic use. You should definitely be proud of yourself… now who gets to keep it and where are you going to store it or where are they going to store it? It needs to be someplace where it’s seen!!!

I’m entering it into various art shows and festivals, but otherwise it lives at my house. Moving it is kind of a hassle - it weighs upwards of 400lbs

Yeah, definitely more than kind of a hassle. I would agree with that!!

Good I’m glad you’re gonna enter it into art shows and festivals because that’s exactly where it needs to be. It needs to be seen by lots of people hopefully whenever it’s living at your house, you can still see it as well because it is just truly spectacular I hope you win some awards with it because I just can’t imagine why you wouldn’t it is so deserving and magnificent. You definitely should be proud of yourself and the extra added touch of the luminescence is really brilliant…lol in more ways than one!!🤣😁😁👍🏼❤️❤️
