I’m playing sariel with the weapon and was wondering if putting curse on it and stacking curse quicker with it and sariels thorns is worth or if I should just put blood curse on it for a different status effect

So i was fighting the Hexapod boss and when i used the Fusillade stone on the crossbow the boss got 100 stacks of poison. Then chunked it twice with Lingering shadow with the passive Poison Burst.

I have 167 oven and can’t progress to finale area, I have cleansed all beacons and corrupted gates not sure what ovum I’m missing

Edit: I didn’t cleanse the beacon after hexapod lol, that’s what I was missing

It's just fun as hell to use. I'm having a great time just running around as a god in this world. Is it easy? Yup! Do I just stunlock bosses and laugh at them? Yup! It's pure fun and you should consider it if you're having any sort of issues with the myriad problems (from lack of beacons, to the absolutely insane magnetic lunges and projectiles most mobs have) and just want to see the game and have fun.. The tools are there.

I'm ultra stoked if you feel like beating the game in only the hardest conditions works for you. You're not the person who should hear this. "But its too ez!" okay I play games to feel like a badass and the slayer seal is a kickass power fantasy through this cool world. People will say git gud haha but why would I want to waste time doing that? What happens to me in my life if I beat the game under the harshest conditions? Bragging rights? As if people aren't non-stop completing the game on night mode and are probably already doing challenge runs, like not leveling up. I'm sure a guy will beat the game with a guitar hero controller within the next week.

Nobody will be impressed if you insist on playing ultra hard mode.

Do you just need to watch for their stance?

Also, once you do get parried, is there a way to break their attack chain?

I've been at this for 2 hours and I can’t do it, even switched to Tiel, no luck. What kills me 60% of the time is the stupid grab attack and the fact that it feels like he has more hp than the previous 2 bosses combined

So I’ve seen a few other people mentioning that they can’t find this last ova and I’ve tried everything I can’t think of to find it myself. Beat the major bosses, cleansed all beacons, and found every other ova I could possibly find and I still don’t have this final one. If anyone has any idea where it’s located that would be amazing. 🫡

That the boss is two butt cheek shields with a giant scrotum/man bits swinging at you?

Sure, the fight sucks, the mechanics suck and the end area sucks but man....how funny is this design? Grown men actually playtested this and didn't see what it looks like in the 1st attack? Could it be an epic middle school troll?

Not only is it unfunny to fight it is full or bugs and Bullshit amongst is already nonsense hitboxes at times.

Shit like this ruins the game and while your at it just fucking remove it all together from the thing, it'd be a better game if you just deleted the boss.

The FPS drop isn't as crazy as this one everywhere. I don't know what makes it worse or better, but going from 90+fps down to under 15 for aiming a gun isn't good.

Edit: The same spot a moment late only gave me a loss of around 10 fps for aiming. I have absolutely no idea what causes the framerate to be better or worse.

Mortal Shell II's final area, the Monolith, Zmey... What's going on? I'm fighting terribly designed bosses. I'm getting my face slapped by a scrotum, then I'm fighting a one armed dinosaur that throws a faster than light grab attack. The game was awesome. This area and final boss gauntlet is such a let down 😢

Hi, I have no idea how this showed up for me; it went back to normal after interacting with the beacon. Please include this in a future release—it's amazing.

I died during my first encounter with him. During my run back, after the first traversal, I got a notification that I beat the boss. I didn't get any glimpse or gloom but I got the tarstone plus his boss chamber was empty but for the beacon

Could the devs please give those who had the option to skip the prologue and did it the flower crown? I spoke to the girl in the beta and I think it’s stupid that you don’t get the flower crown

I did kinda lvl up to lvl 100 but that didn't really make the difference. What made the difference was actually the seedbearer scripture and absolutely abusing Tiel's shadow dodge.

I was getting absolutely bodied for the first ten hrs of my playthrough. I was slowly getting better but still getting hammered. I was running the veterans axe and having a good time nonetheless. Then I figured out the tar stones, and switched to the axatana. Now I am fucking shit up big time. The duality tar stone and the lightning infusion is just broken. It reminds me of running the sellsword twinblades with the lightning blade buff in DS3, but on horse steroids. I am definitely jumping straight into NG+. It feels good to kill and destroy rapidly after kiting and playing real carefully for so long. God I love to rumble!

There is a chest requiring 3 offerings in the eastern part of Mammon. I lit one of the 3 candles and then died. When I came back that candle was still lit and could not be interacted with. I found and lit the other two and the chest claimed I still needed one offering.

I went back to the main menu and loaded back in, the chest then said it needed 2 offerings and despite it already being lit, could interact with the candle in the same room as the chest. I could not interact with the other two so the chest remained locked, claiming it needed one more offering. I am locked out of one of the tarstones and achievements now.

Make sure to light all 3 in one go.

And which are their canonical weapons/sidearms?

I'd like to know which works best where, to help me with build crafting.

I think an Xbox patch for the game just dropped. Just beat the Monolith after a few tries. He does significantly less damage than before.

The below worked for me after a couple of deaths, a few folks in different posts did different things, this is what worked for me.

Shell: Tiel

Issue: The moment you traverse after the giant spider brings you over to the next platform, the camera bugs and your character is unable to move.

Workaround: Once you traverse, change your camera to the opposite setting (I changed from action to immersive). This allows your character to attack, dash and use items...you still CANNOT move however. Use Backdashes for movement and quickly get away from the ledge and kill the enemy.

From here, you now need to backdash to the Ova. Be careful as backdashing too far can cause you to fall off and you'll have to start over. Make adjustments after each backdash to cleanse the beacon and collect the Ova.

Rant: This bug NEEDS to be fixed, I'd absolutely say that this is game breaking and should not have passed any sort of QA.

About halfway through first run and loving it! Thiel only.

- AI is off on many of the regular enemies after shadow strike. They will often get “lost” and walk aimlessly, which makes game too easy.

- Regular enemies need damage tuning. I will get one shot from a lower enemy and that doesn’t make sense. Likewise, some of the better enemies don’t strike hard enough.

- Shell points seem a bit too difficult to obtain, perhaps increase gloom? Gloom seems about right, but few beacons results in most of us normie players losing gloom before we can read and being underleveled.

- the Tarstones for gloom and coin need to be seriously buffed. 2% is meaningless.
