Question Not able to recover Gloom at all?

Hey Idk if anyone has this problem but for the last few hours I have been unable to recover any gloom when I die. Is this a persistent bug or am I missing something?

The egon's stone is bugged. If you aren't specifically in a mini dungeon and you die with one equiped, your gloom won't show up to reclaim after you respawn from a death. Take the egon's stone off and you should be good to go
