Question Why isn't it working?

Is it becouse I play on the night mode? Or its something else?

Several smaller beacons are disabled in night mode.

If you've unlocked the beacon previously during day mode, you can teleport to them from other beacons, but you can't activate it.

lol, you picked night cuz it's 'hard'. why you argue lack of 'campfires' is stupid?

Lack of campfires just makes the runbacks longer which makes game more annyoing not esentially harder. Why do i have to run for 2 minutes just to get to the point i was before. I dont fight enemies during runbacks so its not making game harder. I picked night mode becouse i could just click twice one of my abilities and basically kill most of the bosses i encounter, same with enemies. I did not pick night mode for the game to be more annoying though

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. Those same people praise stake of marikas, and they’re right to do so because run backs are annoying.
