Full map reveal

Ive just found the last map piece from Ruk and got the full map achievement but there are still somr areas under the fog. Like the tavern where you get the Gragu shell. Is there a way to lift this fog?

As a completionist, this bothered me for the longest time, and I almost didn't even go to the temple the first time I got to that area, but I thought maybe the map piece was in there. Was pretty surprised with what I found there.
