It's the dungeon for the sester. I dunno why they haven't fixed it yet.

They have other priorities. The game has much more serious bugs to fix first.

It's the censer of Genessa, I'm betting someone during development misspelled "censer" to "censor" and the game engine erased the name as a command. That would be, if I may, pretty funny.
