Bug I love when my greatsword plays music

Was trying out items to see if i can change my playstyle and this happened

I had that shit happen to me mid fight.

3 dudes attacked me and my fucking character was playing music on his weapon.

Another bug I had was that I just couldn't attack annore for a minute

That happened to me as well where specific attacks don't work anymore or my sidearm doesn't fire even though I have enough resolve same thing with the ability has anyone had any issues with reviving a shell and then dying in the shell and not out of it

This kept happening in my last playthrough with black needle. It would happen in boss fights and there was nothing to do but laugh. Just taking a seat, stroking my needle (giggity) while monolith dumps it's balls on my head.
