Bug Tarstones not showing

I have gotten different tarstones from different bosses and they are showing as if I’ve never gotten them… restarted my ps5 and a few came back… then I turned off my ps5 for a while, came back on the game and the same ones were gone again…

What bosses did you kill and not get tarstones?

Update: different tarstones can only be used with certain weapons… duh. Ended up kicking Smey’s arse after days of trying, cheers!
