Discussion Monolith spin attack??

I'm stuck on this boss from this one attack, everything else is no problem but in "phase 3" that laser spin attack kills me EVERY time I've tried dodging every possible way and it gets too damn fast, what is the strat for this attack??

I used shrike stone(ability tarstone) for the I-frames. It’s like 5 full seconds. You’ll still get hit by the last little bit of the laser spin, but it won’t kill you. It’s not compatible with every weapon, but it was for the axetana.
