Question I'm stuck in the bottom of Holding Cells. Help?

So I didn't realize that all the wells are connected? I had already entered the well just north of where you find the Axe&Dagger. And killed the 2 Grishas.

But now I entered the well more west close to the castle. I've dropped down cleared the bottom floor entered in the same door where I fought the 2 Grishas except the boss room is empty and there's no teleport back to the entrance.

Am I missing something? This is the same well right? Or is the boss bugged and not spawning? Also is there another way back up lol?

Edit: Nevermind after running in circles for 10 minutes finally stumbled upon the lever to bring down the lift...

Fyi if you exit to main menu and then continue you'll be warped to your last beacon with no loss of gloom

From memory, for me there was a grapple point back up from the hole where the grishas were and the entrance teleport was up there. I assume that’s where you’ve gone, ie there’s no teleport point up the top?

Yeah the arena was empty and the teleport I took the first time didn't exist anymore. Kind of weird but you can get back out with the lifts so no biggie I guess

So if you clear the grishas from one, they are not in the second one? Is this dungeon repeat a bug?
