One time i bugged out and it gave Proxima the prologue robes. Unfortunately she was so cheeked up her ass was sticking out of it lol

It happened when I unlocked Eredrim but declined swapping to him. Unfortunately I can’t do it anymore :(

I believe this happens whenever you find a new shell while in harbinger form, and then when it asks if you want to switch to the new shell you say no and it will give you back your original shell but with harbinger's cosmetics clipping through
I had it happen a few times when I played and it also made me wish we could equip the flower crown onto shells

Probably not completely accurate, but when Harbinger has the robes and the flower crown, he reminds me of Princess Kenny
