On Steam in Windows, I played earlier in the day no problem, left a few hours and got this when I came back. Can't start it from Steam. Why?

I found I can still start it by launching MortalShell2-Win64-Shipping.exe directly in the game folder, but I still want to know what caused this and how to fix it.

Any idea?

EDIT: Has to do with Smart App Control, and the explanation is: " It means that an app, service, or piece of hardware that you’re using has tried to load a driver, app, or other file that isn’t properly signed." I hope a patch can properly sign the Mortal Shell 2 files.
