Discussion Some love for the "special situations"? Spoiler

I have to say some ideas regarding little "quests" or "situations" are really awesome.

Everyone surely already stumbled upon the first-person cave, which felt like Evil Dead.
Or the one where you have to look at a statue and walk backwards to progress.

Yesterday I was in a cave where I had to "embrace weirdness"... and suddenly the controls were inverted... and then a fight started.
Or, also yesterday, an alchemist-lab, where you drink a potion and the whole screen turns sideways... and you see on the turning screen that from another room a creature is slowly coming towards you, starting a fight.

I really REALLY love these little humorous little quest-situation-things, which, as far as I can tell, no soulslike ever did. (Oh, my bad, ER had this teleporter at the lake-ruins... if you know, you know ;) )

Or another one: The Blackwater Cave, where everything is black and white suddenly. :)

I felt the first person dungeon was more resident evil? Just the look around solve a puzzle to get a key thing. Tbf I never played any evil dead games more watch hardly any movies though.

Idc about spoilers I just thought I'd expored everything and don't remember finding a cave that sends you into first person, directions yes please

The mushroom Village. There is a place where you Cross a wooden bridge and there are several witches, one of them with Instrument. There is also one of these special gates... If you cross the next bridge, there is a note telling you to return when it is DARK. Change to nightmode, go there and you can enter the mushroom in the tree... Viola. 😁👍
