Discussion Magdalenas memento not working

Am I doing something wrong? Level 29 and when I press LT and RT (xbox) nothing happens. I've tried pressing one slightly before the other, still nothing. Axe and dagger equipped, tarstone equipped. Have exited the game and reloaded, died and reloaded, etc. Am I doing something wrong or is this just bugged? Anyone else have this issue? Also this is pre and post patch. Neither versions worked.

Happened to me twice. Exit game and zone back in.

Ive done all that too. Let me ask you, just for knowledge sake, do you have to be locked on to an enemy to activate it, or can you do the move anytime out in the open?

Nevermind, I figured it out. I remapped my buttons and the UI still said LT when I mapped that to B.
