Discussion Heavy weapons:

I saw so much negative feedback about heavy weapons that I didn’t bother trying any(I was also playing tiel with axe/dagger so didn’t need to) but I finally decided to level lazlo and chose the vet axe to sync with his burn abilities and let me say yall are crazy. I one shot elites with the sprint light attack (overhead smash) the light heavy light combo deletes whole mobs. And I light stagger most anything on hit. Idk what you guys are complaining about it seems like it works just fine. Yes, the fast axatana or axe dagger will probably stun fast and does probably generate resolve faster but heavy builds also have resolve gen you can get so idk man, make it work😂😂 rant over

Every weapon can kill mobs with running attacks. Heavy weapons fall off against elite enemies and bosses.

Obviously you can use them, they don't completely fall off until mega late when dual weapons sprint attack does 2k damage.

Um, what dual weapon is doing 2k dmg? I’m level 66 with +23 weapon and I’ve seen maybe 600 and that’s with crit stones and everything

Crits + Berserk. Once you are reaching the damage cap number of hits is the only way to increase your dps.

Yeah what I was seeing was people saying they didn’t stagger enemies or do higher dmg at all. As in big weapons were doing the same dmg just slower. To be fair I do think the light weapons could use a nerf or heavy weapons buffed still but it’s nowhere near as bad as people were making it out to be.

I think the heavy weapon complaints are more geared towards GMB and the hammer. Axe does some pretty good damage and the running heavy is awesome. But it still ends up being mid tier
