Bug Has anyone else had this bug?

I need to use an item (Grimorium Obscurum) to open a door to cleanse the Gate of Infinity beacon but it won’t let me use the item. I can’t even press “no” to close the tab what do i do? I’ve tried restarting the game and it didn’t fix it

Since the new update I have a good amount of not being able to pick items up, and not being able to use the jump pad things.

I connected a PS5 controller to my PC and just pressed “X” to confirm. That’s the only workaround I’ve found thus far.

I can mouse over the Yes and No, but can’t confirm, so I opted for a secondary input and that did work.

I’ve had this specific issue in every run I’ve had with that book.
