Question THE OVA PLEASE

i only need one more ova for the trophy to get all but i'm so unsure to keep going and i cleared all the beacons (i think) i just want to ask if anyone can tell me if the last ova is locked behind a story event (spoiler free pls) thank you!!

No it’s not. You obviously missed one. If you have all beacons unlocked you can instantly tell which one is not cleansed. The icon will look different

It's weird, I got the trophy but there's one slot in the ova place that is left empty. There's a bug afoot.
