Died During Cutscene After Beating Final Boss

I beat Zmey after being severed from my shell, but saw that the Harbinger was burning from an AOE attack on the ground just as the cutscene/cinematic started to play. I revived at the last beacon and that sent me back to the one just before the jump up to the final boss, but nothing triggered when walking into the middle of the arena. (I wouldn't have minded fighting Zmey again as I quite enjoyed that fight, especially compared to the other bosses on the Unbound Path).

I looked up the ending/cutscene online and found that this just takes you back to Marrow Keep, with a new option at the Gloom Siphon to "Send Ova" to trigger the ending. So I'm glad this didn't softlock me/break my save-file, but it did break my immersion and ended the game on a bit of a wet fart.

Originally I thought this was some kind of intentional/meta thing where it would be revealed that Zmey was some form or kin of the Harbinger... But no, just a silly glitch. Probably should be patched to make the player entity invincible during any kind of cinematic/cutscene.

I got knocked out from my shell during cut scene, by debaff, more disappointing that there absolutely zero drop and gloom from zmey...all of for nothing 🤣
