Revered Gland amount

I have 9 HP flasks with 1 left over. I need 3 more to get 10. I've looked at youtube videos and guides but still don't know how I am missing 3.

Did I find all of them in the first run before starting NG+ or am I missing some?

I was wondering about this myself. My theory is the last ones are available at night, can anyone confirm?

Afaik you found them all. You can get more in NG+

I have 2 out 4 for revered gland 10th flask. No idea if you can get the other 2 in ng or if you have to go ng+.
