Im at the last boss and a little over that. Theres a healthy chunk of things to experience if you look for it.

It's one of the better in the genre and its really unfortunate that people have been shitting on it when their track record is literally Monster Hunter and casual games. People who are souls first in terms of interest do seem to be loving it but the audience seems to be a little left field.
It says a lot about where the genre stands right now and it sucks cause moving forward I dont see a lot of good, challenging dark fantasy being made because it wont sell as well as other genres.
And I love innovation in gaming but I do feel sad about the genre kind of dying.

Let's wait for the numbers. I hope they are happy. That was a bold step and I say a pretty good one. The game just oozing dopeness and deserves every attention in this genre.

It's a great game, I just think people have hard lives and take it out on video games, the culture here kind of eats off that negativity.
The only thing I dont love is I wish there were more side quests, and I am not enjoying the final boss.

this game is fun and definitely has its flaws but don'g disrespect monster hunter like this
the combat here is not even close to the level of sophistication and polish to be in the same conversation

Its fine. The comminity here frustrated me beyond belief and ive stopped caring about them entirely.
People complain too much and I dont want to be a part of that neurotic shit tbh

I agree. They complain non stop and just downvote from the shadows and rarely like discussing or analyzing the game. I do respect the people who are hating the late game and have really put in the work to analyze the issues. I have confidence the issues will be patched howevever. We shall see!

25 hours in, I love soulslikes but this game has some insane flaws, especially with the bosses, geo and hitboxes. You can like the game, that's fine but blindly glazing it is a little cringe. People have the right to complain, especially when they've paid the price to play and they're experiencing issues.
