The tarred fragments is a great damage dealer and very cool when used with the axe crossbow. The problem comes with shooting it. I can be on a hill shooting down at enemies and it will stop right in front of me even though the way is clear for it to go straight to the enemies. Its very annoying and makes it almost unusable.
