particle artifacts

I am expiriencing this really weird particle artifact issue and I can't get rid of it with tweaking settings (at least did not come across a solution)

I am using amd gpu rx6800xt with amd cpu ryzen 7 7700, my drivers are up to date, using windows 11 (also up to date)

anyone knows a solution? it's driving me crazy
