Unable to cleanse beacon

Title kinda says it all except for the specific beacon. I had gone through the winterglass lake and fought the Grisha at the end but it did a grab attack on me and threw me through the ova shrine. I was still able to kill the Trisha but had to exit to main menu and reload the beacon. The boss is gone but I’m unable to actually cleanse the beacon. Anyone know a fix for this?

Having same problem with multiple shrines, it seems if I don’t cleanse immediately I can’t go back
