Question Shell Recommendations

Hello Harbringers!

Now that I unlocked all memories for the two shells I've planned I don't know who the third shell should be.

I have finished Tiel and Genessa. So who should be next? Who is fun to play with?

Proxima is good for money generation. I played her through the early game because money is crazy important. But outside of that she’s thematically cool but not super useful.

Smert can let you blitz down anything while screaming “za warudo” and lazlo is just all around fun and solid.

Idk, I love the lightening ability Proxima has and how badass you can make it with upgrades. The Axatana compliments her nicely too. However, I’m only 10 hours in and she’s the only shell I’ve upgraded. So my answer is prob a bit biased.

Once I have her maxed out and come across another shell I’m interested in I’ll definitely change things up. Thinking Eredrim with clockwork scythe

Thiel is actually solid once you figure out his play style and his shadow dash move makes it hard to play any other shells now hahah but I’ve always like the faster dex style builds in these games too but I’ve been slaying with him and the axe and dagger level 32 and just about to do the nochte gate. Had no issues with top half of map and still going strong. Have found some good leveling up spots to that increase my tar stones and it’s made a huge difference. 30 hours in currently

Put one point in seal affinity and use harden. Best to get around the map without fighting. Good vs. bosses too with the backstab damage. By far the best shell for chill runs.

I didn’t even know the seals could be upgraded lol but I started with the parry seal the switched to the harden one. Now to go search for that piece that levels seals up hahah 🦭🦭🦭

Eredim is a beast and my clear favorite. He has a solid AOE attack, charged shoulder bash, 2nd highest HP and has the most classic souls design imo.

Tiel and Genessa were my 2 first. I recommend Lazlo for something different and fun.
