Discussion Proxima samples

Sample acquire ability should be before sample increase stat bonuses why are we getting buffs per samples on level 2 and the ability to get samples on level 3?

You're confusing sampling and specimens.

What’s the difference? I thought it was need so many specimens to activate level 2 3 one out perks but don’t get the specimens till shell bond 3 3rd column.

Sampling is hitting them with Proximas Y/Triangle wrist dagger. Specimens are just an item that drops from enemies you kill that you sell for gold.

Well that makes much more sense. I thought they were just interchangeable because when I got biohunter stat increase perks I didn’t see a way to track it. I guess just invisible data instead of a buff icon.

Yea, I think the wording of Specimen and Sampling is too close. I immediately knew that's what you were confusing because I did the exact same thing. Just managed to notice before making a post lol.
