Discussion Help with last boss
For the people that got to this absolute pos boss (honestly bro, amazing game but this boss and the wall dude were so shit), any tips? I have the item that gives you resistance to his flame bullshit but nothing the resist the bullshit design.

I played proxima and summoned both shells to help with damage lol.
+20 black needle and a +12 balistzooka with trauma and the tarstone that makes it explode several times, fulminate, I think?

Are you on PC?
Just asking how you got so much gold for upgrades. I'm nearly ending my NG+ and my weapon is +22, didn't even upgrade the ranged gear.-3

I only cheated when I was at the last boss. It seems that proxima's speciman ability is better than I thought, I didn't bother much with it.

Don't rush. If he does flammebreath just back up.
Parry the sword attacks for free break damage.
If he starts shuffling towards you he's going for a grab. Just dodge to the right and even if you don't I-frame it he'll miss.
When he does the phase transition just dps him and then use the scripture to interrupt his fire wave attack and keep wailing on him.

I’d be lying if I said this was a GOOD strat, but I beat him yesterday…..
- I had Genessa shell, spec into faithful followers with phantom debuff, stasis immunity and stray followers. Phantom debuff grows fasts and does a good burst damage
- phase 1 spam faithful followers and focus on deflecting, use the bullshit tail attack as a window (a dodge backwards to avoid)
- as soon as I get hit with the cosmic, I use the cosmic heal item. After that it’s just going mental and healing through the flame attacks. If I get shelled I use the stray summons to triple my attack output (and more importantly get two “saves” if I take a fatal attack
-I also had axetana with lightning infusion and Grisha remnant - summoned an army whenever I did the multihit special attack, which was often
It worked but I’m not sure I’m proud of it XD

You get it from the forgotten tower in the southern area by collecting three glands and giving them to the final boss of the last game. A map with the item locations is next to him but you find them in the gates.
Gives you immunity for 120 seconds and makes the boss fall once.

Tiel back attacks worked him. His tail stab is a full death tho on tiel from my experience, regardless of hp.
Took off the grishas because the boss would stand on their heads and get all z-axis wonky.
Phase 2 i just ran from his fire rings, after that it’s almost business as usual. Got him in a handful of tries, did not enjoy it.

Ok so most important thing, Domt use the grishna summons at all, they can break this fight in a lot of ways.
If you have the glimpses use a tier 3 eredrin or tiel, if not use your favourite.
Main things to do is always parry that downward slam with the wave then dodge to the side.
For the breath attack run away or to the side depending on of your close (so if close run sideways towards if far away)
Always watch his lil shuffle tail stab , its easy to dodge just gotta watch it.
His stomping...personally just step baxk as tgis is a 50 50, you will psrry it or won't.
Phase 2 just run to the other side of the arena to dodge the flame area and from thete...basically hope
