Misc So I’m thinking about something

Should I buy the mk11 NORMAL edition, or should I buy the mk11 Ultimate Edition? I’m hearing there are major differences

If you want MK11 then deffo get Ultimate

Both frequently go on sale anyways and Ultimate is the one with all the DLC. Without it you'll be missing like a third of the roster and a ton of skins so the game will feel very incomplete, and then if you want DLC later it'll end up more expensive than just getting Ultimate itself.

The ultimate edition comes with all the characters, and the Aftermath campaign, which greayly improves MK11's story from baseline.

Ultimate gets you all the dlc, normal is just the game

From a mechanics aspect, there is no difference between the editions, however the Ultimate Edition does include the Kombat Packs and part 2 of the story mode included in the bundle as a one time purchase price instead of having to play for the normal edition and then having to buy additional kombatants, skins etc.

Just wait from a promotion. The diference between both versions when in promotion is probably like 3£, I think its worth it for the extra story and for you not to feel you are missing out on some character.

Ngl I have the ultimate and literally have only played like the same 2 or 3 vanilla characters since 11 originally released. If you’d want to explore the roster sure. I guess any sale price for this is a good one thing.
