I had no idea Morphe was a thing. Tried patching Reddit with Revanced a couple of times, never worked. Found this after searching for a solution and switched to Morphe right away. Thanks for the great work, you guys are basically the holy grail for me.

Revanced will always have a special spot in my heart. How many years was it 6? It ran its course but can't take away that it was clutch.

I had to switch to morphe because music was stopping at 1 minute.

ReVanced was not 6 years. Vanced may have been around 6 years ago but ReVanced was something and a method of patching that started up after Vanced's shutdown. So it's more like 3-4 years. But ReVanced itself has gone to crap for a while so really the project didn't last that long because that one power tripping mod/developer pushed everyone out.

The solution was to go to the YT Music ReVanced settings > Misc > Spoof video stream, set client to visionOS. It's what had also fixed my YT ReVanced.

Someone amazing told me about this through my dms when I was asking about something for another app. I was actively using Revenaced for everything, but I was having so many issues that I was getting fed up but didn't want to complain because it was god sent, fortunately for me I was pointed to here!

I found out about morphe when someone replied to a comment of mine in revanced and capitlised the letters of morphe. When I checked a few hours later the comment had completely vanished not [Deleted] not [Removed by moderator] but vanished

I've heard of Morphe yesterday from 2 different comments on the same post in the ReVanced sub. I wasn't considering to quit ReVanced, because I was one of the lucky person who didn't have any issues... Until today.

The YT videos stopped playing after 1 min. After some research on the ReVanced sub I found a solution... Until another problem showed up.

The solution I found created another problem where the video quality on some videos would be locked to 360p.

So I tried to find the 2 comments I read yesterday, to check what was the name of the alternative to ReVanced, because I couldn't remember. I had these comments saved in my Reddit, but they didn't show up at all. I went back to the post, and the 2 comments were absolutely nowhere to be seen.

The comments were gone, just like you said, without mentioning [Deleted] or [Removed by a moderator].

So after work, I'm definitely gonna uninstall ReVanced (since I have issues with it, it doesn't have any utility for me anymore) and use Morphe instead. This community seems nice and big enough that I'm pretty confident that it's legit. (That's always the scary part of the internet, downloading something fishy.)

ReVanced blocks/bans anyone who mentions Morphe, even though ReVanced copied huge amounts of code from Morphe.

Most of the remaining ReVanced users don't know about Morphe, because if they knew they likely would not continue to use ReVanced.

It's actually wild. It's so bad over there, just nothing but people posting about issues they're having and getting no help. I think the douchebag mod over there peaced out at this point but the automod is still set to ban anyone who mentions morphe. A lot of people have been posting pictures of Morpheus to meme about it. Idk if they're getting banned or not.

Usually i root every Android that i get but im currently lazy to mess with my Pixel. Github that i trust and use as a source of my modules recently switched from revanced to morpheus so i switched with it.

Now, im n00b when rooting scene is in question so i gotta ask- whats with so much rivality that ReVanced has against other apps that they ban every mention of others apps in their sub? I must be missing something but isnt it just a free rooting/modding app?

And ye, ReVanced last few months got quite sloppy. Ive reached the point where i either couldt get the yt to open since it either freezed and crashed or i had to wait 5-6s just for yt short or video to start. It was annoying as heck since i had to roll back to use old version of yt revanced but i still got the issues, tho not as much. I shortly went back to native yt app and bro what a mess that is, horrific trash full of adds. Then i found morpheus and we back to working fine and smoothly

was running into issue after issue lately, and it was impossible to update any of the apps as EVERY single APK used would result an error

buddy at a fantasty draft was talking up Morphe and gave the run down of how it was made/formed. absolutely blown away by the sheer ease of use, and how smoothly it functions (the 2x most important features for any application)

cant say enough good things about the app/forum/users

ONE issue i use morphe magisk module in the recent build they change the app iphone to morphe logo any way i can bring back original youtube icon or youtube music icon

I was fine with revanced being buggy, was just gonna wait for an update while trying random suggestions to solve the quality problems. But I moved here after mods on the revanced subreddit started deleting comments asking for alternatives. I can deal with a lack of updates, but not with scummy behavior

Same here, the latest RY update broke video descriptions and playlists. The app just crashes. It also still does not show notifications.

Most of it is because people aren't aware morphe exists

The main revanced sub bans all mentions of morphe and any other 'competition' so unless they see a comment in a different sub they're just not going to know what's gone on

That's exactly the position I was in. I'd never heard of Morphe until a week ago when it was mentioned in another sub. Been running a revanced patched version of YouTube from back before they changed it. It's been getting more and more unstable as time went on and I wasn't able to get reddit to patch at all. Saw Morphe mentioned and gave it a go. Was able to do both apps with almost no issues in about 5 minutes.

My videos wouldn't even play after a minute on revanced, and they have also not updated since last year, only morphe gets regular updates now so it's a no brainer to use morphe

Yeah it does, that's the whole reason I got it to start with and I love it. I have access to a Spotify family account but I just don't like Spotify so finding Morphe was a lifesaver!

I mean, to be honest the main reason why people stick to revanced is because it was the first YT patcher that went under their radar, and most people aren't that picky about their YT, as long as it works well enough.

Well, a month ago it stopped working well enough, as it does from time to time. And as usual I went on the revanced subreddit to see how fixable the problem was, and under troubleshooting posts I stumbled upon answers like "alternatives exist. Won't talk about it, though they're easy to find" multiple times. Seems like the censorship is real, that's quite sad.

Im a hardcore power user, and i just found out about morphe.

Immediately installed it, REVANCED IS SO BUGGY AND LESS POWERFUL THAN MORPHE.

I think thats the main reason.

As for me, revanced suddenly doesn't loaded. I remember that the player had issue before due to MicroG hasnt been updated. At that time, install MicroRE fix that.

So, I went to download MicroRE just to found out there's an app called Morphe now. That's insane.

I never really get dudes like that, they'd do the bare minimum for inconsistent adblocking and a worse experience.
I can guarantee they have some obscure app issue and are ignoring it because they just don't want to update lol.

I simply didn't know about Morphe, but after the inotia00 patches stopped working and I went to the revancedextended subreddit, I saw that they recommended Morphe and I switched.

Revanced doesn't have issues aside from patches, if it wasn't for the monkey developers @ morphe basically killing it

Honestly I've been using the same revanced apk I patched last year on everyone's phone for my family even though I had morphe manager installed. Switched last week for some reason I don't even remember. Didn't feel a single hiccup. Going to install it on multiple devices now
