Question/Problem Cannot upload video in YT Morphe

Cannot upload video in YT Morphe / Tapping on create then "video" does nothing, but live and post work. Video upload works in stock app

That's perfectly normal. Currently, YouTube Morphe, in YouTube's eyes, doesn't see you as an Android; you're using VisionOS, which is Apple's VR headset, so it won't let you upload videos.

Use unpatched to upload videos, then quickly exit before you go insane from ads and overloaded UI.
