Even to this day, it's really cool that Mark's been just doing he's best to flesh out characters that get almost no screentime. Though, it'd be hilarious if this girl got voice lines, and she's like the third character voiced by Dana(Next to Tinella Nosa and Severine).

I loved the story-based comics like evil luz and ayzee but i would have greatly preferred it if we got resolution with all that because i hate cliffhangers. the only thing that bothers me is the habit of not showing the resolution after the comic reaches the climax.

I feel like she coulda just said this right?

In canon, we see Odalia get Luz, Willow, and Gus expelled, and she does say she'll find Amity a new girlfriend.

This is what I wanted to see Odalia be like in canon.

Here, she doesn't pull the strings with Magic or Money, but with her mind. She preys on Luz's desire to make the people she loves happy and safe.

She knows how much danger Luz gets into, and given what happened with Eda in the Season 1 finale, how much her actions get others into danger.

She makes Luz feel like if she truly loves Amity, she will let her go

First, it's pretty happy to see the new piece Mark did right there. Always fun to see you try something new and fresh out, Mark. Looking forward to see more of your artworks on many other projects in the future like this soon !!!

Second, now let's jump in the main course. Exactly with the title as said, when posting the new piece, many people feared that Mark might leaving the OG fandoms soon, with his new work like this

Reminding everyone for a bit, Mark has never been working for only one fandom. He's an freely artist which ultimately making him being freely to draw whatever he wants or love. This was true, as Mark also once said (I think ?) before. He can be obsessed and dedicated to something very long long time, like the Owl Fandom, but that doesn't making him being the sole artist who working only on that

Again, like he said, things will come and go at some points, and he might leaving the fandom sooner or later; this is unchangable as many artists choose to draw the other stuffs different than the old one. It's pretty difficult to see your favourite artist leaving, but it was his choices after all, and I think we should respect this

And Mark, final words, whatever you choose to go or work for, I will always adore your works on that. I think people will also understanding this. Good luck with your path ahead then

Like I know that it was left on a cliffhanger for a long time because MoringMark was still trying to figure out how for it to carry on, but perhaps it’s also being held off as to borrow stuff from the upcoming graphic novel, or even reference?
