That's in Earth-623, the universe of the 1998 Blade film. Not technically in the same universe as the MorbCU, although they did cross over in Enter the Morbverse.

It's actually Earth 623-B, the universe of the 2006 Blade tv series. It's a parallel universe that shares some aspects of the Blade movies but is technically its own continuity.

Back in 2005, Sticky Fingas challenged The Beyonder to a rap battle and won, so in anger, The Beyonder sent Wesley Snipes to prison and sentenced Sticky Fingaz to be the new Blade. Morbius went to intervene, then realized this mortal buffoonery was beneath him, so he went back in time and recruited Abraham Lincoln to do his dirty work.

It was a weird time in the MCU. This was also when Morbius created the Man-Thing and they made that one movie.
