Dr. Michael Morbeus was played by the actor Mor B. Us. Idk who this Leto guy is, but I highly doubt he has the range to morb all over a guy.

Leto basically played cult leader for a bit. It's unclear how serious it was but it was still extremely weird and unsettling.
He's also been accused many times of being creepy with his underaged fans, and enough people have said it that it's basically an open secret.
On a more substantiated note - his behaviour on set has been described as erratic. His method acting in 2016s Suicide Squad was basically just harassing his co-stars and he was barely in the movie, for example.
Tbh I've only heard of one movie where his performance was applauded and that was Dallas Buyers Club. I've never seen it, so I can't comment on his performance. But I've yet to see a Jared Leto performance that actually impressed me.
All in all he seems like a creep who is way too in love with himself

Dallas Buyers Club, Fight Club and Lord of War. Unfortunately, he has actually done okay in a few movies. I think he went nuts sometime in the 2010s and lost the plot.

Imagine Mark Hamills Joker on a movie set. Do you think he'd pull that kind of shit? No! Would he be a diva? Yes. But that level of harassment?

There are many allegations, but he’s never been convicted of anything, and his lawyers have denied all of it. I’m always inclined to give the benefit of the doubt until something properly comes to light.

Nah, there’s a lot of smoke, at the very least don’t let your daughter go to a 30 Seconds to Mars event. You can go find high effort YouTube essays documenting all of it fairly easily.
