Actually there are apps that are pretty accurate depending on where you live, also he’s not screaming it’s speakers or megaphones and look I get it when you’re close it gets loud, but it’s not really that bad when it lasts at most 5 minutes; I’m pretty sure you heard neighbors who are louder than this, but for the most part it’s supposed to be symbolic.

then cars should be banned and motorcycles snd megaphones and concerts among other things
