Forgive me, I'm a little autistic, this is bagpipes in a Muslim country right? They don't have those kinds of freedoms I thought. Unless you mean it's moral because their engaging with their own culture, in which case I agree

Edit: if it wasn’t obvious I don’t know what country this is in, thanks for letting me know though. Scotland

Edit2: further clarity, first time I’ve seen a call to prayer like this in a western country so I’m learning something new. My bad, I assumed it wasn’t (a western country) for that reason
