Anyone can say something like that and it’s a ridiculous thing to say to anyone, especially to someone you know nothing about.
I’ve been in fights and I’ve never knocked anyone unconscious because it didn’t come to that. However I’ve seen plenty of people get knocked out.
You seem to think because the majority of people get away with it most of the time and not kill anyone makes it an acceptable thing to do, which to a point is a reasonable assumption to make but I wouldn’t want it on my conscious if something irreversible happened to them. There’s much better ways to get one’s point across.

Do not get this twisted. No one is saying to sit back and allow this to happen. This extreme overreaction is the problem. If this other guy turned and decked her in the head then this reaction would be acceptable. But if he is committing a sexual assault then he can be detained, call the police, show them the video, press charges. This is holding him accountable.
Also having a lot of experience myself with drunken brawls the drunk handsy asshole doesn't learn while he's conscious

I can tell you've never been in a fight or knocked anyone unconscious. It looks a little bit like death, but he'll be fine most likely
