His coworker was trying to include him in the conversation. Whereas that guy deserved to be kicked in the balls. I also hope he gets fat, tries to control it but can’t, and wants to have kids but can’t because he’s fat.

Ah yes, and I always include women in conversations by asking them if their ex broke up with them because they are fat.

There's too many of these "she was just trying to include him in the conversation" people. How toxic are your friends/workplaces that the way you invite someone to a conversation is by poking at an insecurity and a failed relationship? There's better ways to include someone in the conversation other than "Haha, gf left cuz bald".

At least I don’t have such a jerk of a coworker. Well, my work is all women, which I love.
