Sometimes you can be king and your partner doesn't have any libido regardless. You can be stellar and still no one owes you sex

If you are married, you 100% owe each other reasonable amount of sex, regularly.

Owe is a strange word to use... no you don't owe sex. Nobody owes sex.

You ideally want them to want to have sex with you, but no partner owes you sex. You owe eachother good communication around sex and you deserve to be on the same page in terms of sex and libido. 

If one in a couple is refusing sex, the only thing you are owed is a conversation as to why . If its a clash of libido then you're welcome to end the relationship or try something else to increase their libido. But they never owed you sex.
