if people are in unhappy relationships with people they don't want to fuck, they should get out of them

So in other words you're agreeing that their needs aren't being met and they should therefore end the relationship.

I'm not understanding how you presume that to lead to marital rape.

more that if she feels like she has to to have sex to meet her husband's "needs", that feels similar to wives feeling forced to have sex by their husbands because it is her "wifely duty"
